 Diane Emineth - Mentor Before purchasing Sandlake Country Inn in 2001, Diane was a successful musician in Los Angeles for more than 20 years. Diane worked as an orchestral, studio musician, performer and teacher. After purchasing their Oregon Coast B&B, Diane and her husband Ron dramatically increased their business and have created an award winning B&B. Through hard work and savvy marketing, Sandlake Country Inn has now become a highly successful destination property and is renowned as a romantic getaway. In 2004, Diane became an aspiring innkeeper mentor for Vocation Vacations which is an international company created to "Enable you to test drive your dream job" and has sat on the board of directors of the Oregon Bed and Breakfast Guild. Diane knows that this most important financial and life changing decision should not be taken lightly and she now uses her teaching and mentoring skills to help you figure out if YOUR dream can become a reality. |

 Debbie Dersham - Mentor Debbie Dersham is the owner/innkeeper of Eagle Rock Lodge, an eight bedroom Bed & Breakfast estate on the banks of the McKenZie River, Oregon. Debbie will share her expertise of managing groups, from traveling friends and corporate strategy meetings to large weddings that can bring up to 300 guests for the brides big day. Debbie will give you tips on how to keep loving the people that don't always love back and how to cherish the ones that do. Before becoming an innkeeper, Debbie spent years managing boutique specialty shops. Find ut what it takes to establish a well stocked gift boutique that can be a strong complement to your Bed and Breakfast business. You won't get rich, but it can be fun! There are many opportunities to use a gift boutique to draw local traffic and as a networking toll that supports your core business. Oh yes...breakfast is part of the plan.
